We are busy converting a bustling tea and kombucha house into a café in historic downtown Tustin with a kombucha cocktail speakeasy, serving a progressive holistic menu with local, organic, gluten-free and vegan options. It’s hip, that much we know.
Zama tea has been creating luxury tea products and blends for several years and kombucha in more flavors than we can count. Owners Leanne & Carlos Herrera are partnering with Heather McLeod, owner of Three Pug Bakery, to create an experience like none other.
Enter the historic site of Tustin’s first doctor’s office, post office and now café and enjoy searching the new tea library. Sit back
with a muffin from the bakery and a warm cuppa tea with some freshly made coconut yogurt. Later enjoy a vegan soup for lunch or a grilled cheese tasting at the bar (yes, vegan options too) at the Jaberwocky Booch Cocktail Bar, an ode to the former popular children’s clothing shop where nonsense is acceptable, even welcomed!
Full Catering on and off-site, Brunch at Zama Café, Tea Tastings, Tea Ceremonies, Tea Blending Parties, Children’s Reading Hour, Children’s Mad Hatter Tea Parties, Kombucha Cocktail Mixers and more will be
coming August 2018.
