Turning a dream into a reality takes a great business plan. Chef Paige Riordan is opening a restaurant in Laguna Niguel and working with California Restaurant Consulting, where I am a Senior Consultant, to develop her concept in it’s entirety.

Scarlet Kitchen & Lounge will be a 2,500 sq. ft upscale-casual kitchen & lounge with an organic, local comfort food menu that will attract families and trendy diners alike.
